Joanne LaBelle

Joanne LaBelle has been selling real estate in Teton Valley, ID, Driggs-Victor-Tetonia, ID, Alta, WY, and Jackson Hole, WY since 1995. Her focus is to find the ideal mountain property for your short and long-term aspirations, something she has successfully done for hundreds of buyers over the years. She also excels at helping buyers transition into the mountain lifestyle.

No stranger to the mountains, Joanne spent her childhood years until college on her family's working dude ranch near Dubois, WY. Growing up on the ranch and serving guests from all over the country, she learned at a young age how to help city folks enjoy the wilderness. In the 1980s, she had her own outfitting business, which specialized in multi-day horseback trips into the Yellowstone high country. Very active in sports and cheerleading through high school and college, she graduated from the University of Utah Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Organizational Communications. She received her Real Estate License in 1993 and worked as a sales agent for Ivory Homes, specializing in new construction, in the Northern Utah market before moving to Teton Valley in 1995.

In 2000, Joanne obtained her Real Estate Broker's License and in 2008 her GRI designation. She and her partner, Brenda Martinez, have been working side by side since 2000, giving them over 20 years of combined experience in the Driggs and Jackson markets.

Joanne and her husband, Rick, live near Victor, ID and raise Tennessee Walker horses. They enjoy hiking, mountain biking, skiing and horseback riding with their Golden Retriever on the endless network of trails surrounding Teton Valley. Joanne is also scuba certified and loves traveling, snorkeling and golf. She participates in numerous local and regional mountain bike races each summer, but has always been a full time real estate agent who is passionate about her career.

She understands the importance of details as well as the bigger picture and has been a top producer in this market for many years, being recognized as Sotheby's top selling agent in the Teton Valley market in both 2006 and 2007. Brenda J. Martinez

A lifelong Rocky Mountain resident, Brenda J. Martinez understands, appreciates and personifies the area's lifestyle. She hales from small town - Harlowton, Montana, received her college education in Bozeman, Montana, began her working career in Loveland, Colorado, and ultimately settled in Driggs, Idaho during the spring of 2000. She feels that Driggs, Teton Valley and greater Jackson Hole combine the best elements of the West, and genuinely enjoys introducing others to this region.

Brenda began her real estate career shortly after moving to Driggs. From 2000-2005, she worked as a licensed assistant for three top-producing agents. Combined with her Business Management education, this hands-on experience honed her administrative, communication, and professional skills. The resulting combination of attention to detail, market knowledge and interpersonal skill truly set Brenda apart.

In 2006, Brenda partnered with top-producing agent Joanne LaBelle at Sotheby's Realty in Driggs. Together, they bring over twenty years of Teton Valley real estate experience and connections.

Like many who move to Driggs, Brenda loves the outdoors. She also values spending time with her family and friends, and appreciates the opportunities to blend recreation with relationships here in Teton Valley. Winters will find her skate skiing or snowshoeing, while summer means hiking and fly fishing. Brenda is married to Joe Martinez, Chief of Markets and Operations at Rocky Mountain Bank, and they both enjoy their always-happy black lab, Duece.
