The Development
The Sage Hen Condominiums feature high quality, energy efficient living space at an affordable price. The last phase of the development features one 14-unit building with both ground and upper level living. There are five buildings total. Each condo boasts two bedroom/two baths with ample closet space (two walk in closets), a spacious kitchen with Knotty Alder cabinets and granite countertops, plus an open dining/ living areas. Each has single car garage with additional single car parking spaces. All units have at least one deck or patio and some have two decks.
